Tai Chi Techniques

Tai chi chuan technique is developed by Chinese monks a long time ago, which includes a series of muscle movements and physical exercises in a highly controlled manner. They are performed in a very slow and flowing manner. These are entirely natural ways to cure the anxiety attacks and are completely safe to practice. Unlike other physical exercises, tai chi does not increase the heart rate. It encourages the movement of body as a single unit by shifting position from one foot to the other very often. The exercises are effortless and do wonders among people with even heart problems. Completely relaxing the mind and muscles and practicing the tai chi is essential. Tai chi enables a smooth flow of chi, the vital energy throughout the body and mind and rejuvenates oneself from tension and pressure from work and environment by practicing it for just 20 minutes every day. Early in the morning is the right time to practice these exercises.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is the most cost effective therapy available to cure the anxiety attacks. It is important to calm the mind when anxiety attack strikes. Hence, listening to songs of interest and melodies feeble songs will enable mind to focus on the song, thereby controlling and curing these attacks. However, it may sound easier, changing focus and causing a diversion to music is the most effective way to cure these attacks. Music is highly recommended form of medical therapy to cure any mental illness. Since anxiety attacks are nerves based, calming mental nerves using music is a viable option. A calm space or chair, with quiet atmosphere is a good combination along with slow and feeble music for about 20 to 30 minutes will help relax all the muscles physically and mentally.

Such various anxiety attack treatments including the aromatherapy, tai chi technique, and sound therapy are easier to learn and practice without causing any harmful side effects.
