Hello,

In June, of this year I had become very stressed and I had a lot of things going on and started to feel dizzy, an almost out of control feeling. I just couldn't explain or understand what was happening to me. I kept going to the doctor he told me to go see a therapist, I have too much ANXIETY,he said. I had this book on the shelf, this was not the first time he told me I suffer from Panic Attacks but I wouldn't believe it, I thought to myself there has to be something wrong with me, not me I don't have ANXIETY, not PANIC ATTACKs, me? Well as I started reading this book all the feelings I had were THE PANIC ATTACKS. I continued to read the book and it was like a miracle for me, it takes a little time, but so worth it, I know what I have and I work through it, this is a good book I wish I read it earlier...

Hello,

I'm an American stationed in Europe, Germany, I'm in the military. My doctor told me about your website, I was afraid of many things. Driving was my biggest problem. As a man and a car lover I could not understand how I could be anxious about driving. But it got worse and worse. Mind you, I am a marine, a guy with no fear. Yups. I couldn't believe it either. The problem got worse when I couldn't attend social gatherings anymore. When my anxiety was at it's peak, I only felt safe while in battle.  Safer than I would feel in a restaurant. Can you believe it? Now to make a long story short, you've changed my life guy. I have fun with the guys again and I go and do what I feel like.

God bless you man.

Hello,

I could write something long and flowery, but I'll keep it brief. I have had panic attack for over 20 years. For the first time EVER, I fully understand what's going on with me. I no longer feel defective or like it's my fault for having a weak character or whatever. I finally understand that it's an actual medical problem, one that can be fixed. I can't wait to take care of it now that I know what's wrong. This book will make you think of your own brain in a very different way.

Hi!

I’m Janna and I’m from Scotland, I’ve had OCD and hyperventilation attacks every since I can remember. I’ve been on antidepressants for most of my life. They did a great job hiding those really awful panic attacks, but still kept me housebound. A couple of years ago I had to stop taking them. It took two weeks and whammy, everything was back.

There were days I couldn’t even get out of bed. I was depressed, anxious and my physician used the words Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the first time. Then, something funny happened. I told my psychologist I would stop seeing him, since he didn’t get me a single step further, in over 24 years of treatment!! So Much wasted money. Then the funny thing, my psych actually talked about your website Greet! He had heard from other colleagues and patients that your methods worked. Well well,… needless to say I was mad at first because it took him 24 years to tell me about a method that worked. But in his defense, I don’t think your website exists since then, does it? I read the Ebook and listened your program.. The changes were almost immediate and marvellous. They changed me. I mean, I changed myself with your help. Not only did I manage to control all those anxious thoughts, but you gave me more energy, took away weird aches and pains I had ( I know you’re not a physician!) and I lost about 24 pounds. How’s that for a wanted side-effect! In two words: thank you And God bless you.

Janna.

Hello,

I used to be embarrassed of my panic and anxiety disorder. I tried to hide it, and deal with it all on my own. I was even embarrassed to buy this book! Thank goodness for the privacy of panic-treatment.net, or I might never had read this fantastic book! The biggest thing that I got out of this book is the fact that I am not alone! And neither are you! The amount of people suffering with anxiety and panic disorders is astonishing! With the knowledge that you are not a "freak", you will keep reading and learn new techniques to keep panic at bay at how to deal with it when it strikes unexpectedly. Don't wait any longer, help yourself gain your life back.

By Kathleen (Tx USA) Having "been there, done that" (anxiety),

I've read a lot of books about the subject and I can highly recommend Panic Treatment. It's an inspiring, motivating book that covers all the bases. I'd been a professional speaker for many years, traveling throughout the country giving presentations and teaching classes, then I was in a car accident and became agoraphobic. I told myself that I'd give myself all the time that I needed to heal; I'd concentrate on my writing and not travel for a while. Giving myself time to heal was a great start--I had another book published during those years (and even had a "brush" with an Oprah producer who pitched the idea of having me on the show)--but it had become easier and easier to stay home. I needed to do more. I had to "work" the ideas in panic treatment's book so I could get back in my car and drive to the mall and go to the movies and, finally, travel again. Noureddine shares his own experience with having had anxiety and having recovered from it, then addresse the various anxiety disorders, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, stress, social phobia, and generalized anxiety and gives case studies that illustrate each of them. She also discusses treatment options and shares good solid expertise, common sense, and proven exercises. Being a writer myself, I loved her suggestion to keep a diary. I also liked the idea of labeling the anxiety and paying careful attention to the thoughts and behaviors that trigger it. I worked the program myself rather than with a therapist, although I did attend a peer support group for a while. And yes, it was a challenge to drive to those meetings, but they were so helpful and necessary! At one time my anxiety had become so pervasive that I found myself wondering who I'd be without it. Noureddine even addresses that issue in the chapter, "Becoming Acquainted with the New You." Today I'm feeling better than I have in years. Read Panic Treatment for a clearer understanding of anxiety and for the proven, practical guidelines for getting on with your life.

Thanks

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Panic Treatment and have since passed it on to several people in my anxiety disorders support group. All have agreed that this is one of the best books on the subject because it combines solid-information, common sense, inspirational patient stories and practical self-help exercises. The reader is left with a strong understanding of the problem and a road map to getting the right kind of help. It is often so confusing to figure out which direction to go in and Noureddine uses his personal and professional experiences to help sort out the best way of dealing with specific problems, ie. how to talk to family members about panic attacks, what to do when one is experiencing anticipatory anxiety or a setback and how to choose whether therapy or medication or a combination is best for you. I found a lot of answers to a lot of questions and owe a good deal of my own recovery to the information I gathered from reading this book.

Thank You

After working with The Panic Treatment for only eight days, my panic attacks stopped and have not returned. That was 16 months ago. My life is back to normal and I am re-building my business. That was the best money I ever spent and the best help I've ever had. Charles and the Support team are the greatest!!!

Thanks

Maria is a Spanish immigrant that moved to the States from Spain in 99. She was hoping her anxiety would diminish once she started her new life, She was wrong.

Hey Noureddine!

Sometime ago I ordered your Panic Treatment and I haven’t regretted this. On the contrary.  I’ve followed years and years of Therapy. First in Spain then in San Diego, where I now live. Your first two sessions taught me more than all those years of therapy. I must admit it made me cry… The thing I love the most is that I see things changing almost right after I implement your tips. I don’t have to wait a couple of weeks, no no, I already feel the effect the next day or so. I now live anxiety free and have started my own business!! I no longer work 9-5 and do what I love to do, every day. Thank you Noureddine.

Greetings from Maria

Hi,

This really was a "new" method for overcoming anxiety.

I have been struggling with social phobia for along time. It started getting really bad in the eighth grade. Over the last year though, things had gotten worse. I just didn't want to talk to anyone, and I always felt a nervous stomach around groups of people. Ever since I found Panic Treatment, the nervous stomach has ceased to exist! I don't look at my social anxiety the same anymore and using all your tools has helped me soooo much. Thank you for everything. You are doing such a great thing. I will recommend this natural Technique (Panic Treatment) to everyone!

Hi ,

I've been dealing with an anxiety problem for about 10 years now, only I have been doing it the wrong way with countless drugs given to me by my doctor. There comes a crossroads when you just can't do it like that anymore. I spent the past 3 years getting off the drugs that have done more harm than good and am now learning what I should have learned in the beginning. I have read a ton of books on this disorder and to be honest, some of them you feel the need to have a dictionary beside you they are so complex. The writers forget they are writing the book for people who are not familiar with medical terminology in their everyday lives. Panic Treatment is different from the rest in many ways. First, it is easy to understand for just about anyone and is clearly written. Most importantly, it isn't written by someone who has merely studied the problem but has never actually felt what it's like to go through it. It makes no difference how many medical books you have read, how many people you have met, how many letters you have added to the end of your professional name. Unless you've been through this problem you really cannot fully understand it. This author has and that makes her words that much more powerful. This book should be in everyone's home whether you are suffering currently with anxiety or deal with someone you are trying to help but just can't seem to understand why they feel the way they do.

Don't wait as long as I did, your life is waiting but the freedom is in you.

...At the age of 56 I am starting a life I dreamed of living for over 40 years

My name is Tomas I am 56 years of age and live in park ridge Queensland Australia. I would like to share with you my testimony regarding panic and anxiety attacks I am reading this out and apologies for that but it is the only way I can relay my testimony and can become very emotional when referring to Noureddine and his book  How To Stop Panic Attacks and General Anxiety without Uses The Drugs [Panic Treatment]. I have no apologies for this. Last night as I thought about what I wanted to say I realized I have had panic attacks and anxiety attacks for the past 42 years. From 2001 to  2006 a day did not go by that I did not have a panic attacks/anxiety attack, and some of them were more than full blown ones...[ed] I will now finish with what my granddaughter said : " thank you for giving me back my nana" This nana and great grandmother of two is now writing a book and has a second in mind. At the age of 56 I am starting a life I dreamed of living for over 40 years
